4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1 All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹99. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 We partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver orders. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
5.2 Delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or logistical issues are beyond our control.
5.3 Customers will be informed in case of significant delivery delays.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

6.1 Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
6.2 Returns are handled through our logistics partners. Customers must ensure return eligibility is met.
6.3 Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Any loyalty points or promotional credits used will not be reinstated.

7. PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

7.1 All offers, discounts, and promotional benefits are subject to specific terms disclosed during the promotion.
7.2 Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
