Shipping policy

All orders placed on eclatmaison.in are shipped through our warehouse in Greater Noida. Shipping PAN India is free on all orders paid by credit card, debit card, net banking, Google Pay / Paytm.

Delivery

Once an order is placed through the Eclat Maison online shop, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. After that, within 2–3 working days, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi. After the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the shipping partner, which can be easily tracked on their respective websites.

Standard operating procedure for all deliveries is as follows:

All orders will be signed for. Please make sure the provided delivery address has someone available to receive the order.

Please provide any other relevant delivery instructions if necessary, as we will not be responsible for lost shipments.

If a wrong or incomplete address and/or phone number is provided, we will email you to get the error rectified. This will be the same email entered at the time of placing the order.

We are unable to schedule deliveries without a proper email address as required at checkout. We will try to reach you 2–3 times; if we are unable to do so, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount.

Deliveries will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. Shipping charges will then be borne by the customer after failed delivery attempts by our delivery partners, or in case of any address change after delivery has been scheduled and the tracking/AWB number has been generated.

Deliveries take a maximum of 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
